Courier orders

Generally, courier orders that contain only in-stock products will ship the same day if ordered before 10am (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Otherwise, they will ship the next business day. 

Courier orders that contain products not in stock (e.g. preorders and backorders) will be shipped as soon as all the products are available.

If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will make sure to notify you.

All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

Shipping times

We offer two methods of courier shipping: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Please note that the following shipping times are estimates in accordance with our courier shipping providers. It is therefore difficult to guarantee exact shipping times, but we will always do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping:

  • Order usually takes 1 to 4 business days to arrive (from date of shipping).
  • Please expect an additional 3 business days for rural areas.

Express Shipping

  • Order will be shipped as an overnight delivery and usually takes 6 to 36 hours to arrive.
  • Weekend delivery is not available.
  • Express Shipping is only available for certain destinations (mostly main centres). Should we not be able to ship your order using this method, we will notify you and refund the difference in shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over R750. Otherwise, Standard Shipping costs a flat rate of R130.

Express Shipping costs a flat rate of R600, regardless of the order total.

Tracking your package

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the appropriate courier service provider’s carrier’s website.

Collection orders

Generally, collection orders where all products are in stock at the selected shop will be ready for collection on the same day. However, please wait to receive a collection notification via email before visiting the shop.

Collection orders where some or all of the products need to be transferred from another shop will usually be ready for collection within 1 to 4 days.

Collection orders that contain products not in stock (e.g. preorders and backorders) will be ready for collection as soon as all the products are available.
